Bishop Duane E. Youngblood, Th. D. was born and raised in Homestead, Pa. He is the second son and the third of four children born to Bishop Moses and Sis. Sarah Youngblood.
In 1983, at the age of 17, he was called into Gospel Ministry by the Lord and preached for the first time at his home church. Bishop Youngblood has earned his Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees wile serving full time in ministry.
He is the husband of LaShawn Youngblood and they have five children: Ellise, Derek, Daniel, Christa and Jeanette.
He is the Founder and Pastor of the Higher Call World Outreach Church located in Pittsburgh, PA. He is the Jurisdictional Bishop of the Midwestern Jurisdiction of the Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies, under the covering of his spiritual father, Bishop Sherman S. Watkins Th. D., Presiding Prelate
He believes the people of God must learn to live in their visions and dreams and not dwell on the problems of our past.
